It has been a pleasure and privilege to know you as a friend over many years. You always had time to care, you will be so missed. We miss seeing you at our meetings and the long telephone conversations we have had over the years since we took over as Chairman and Editor, trying to step into your shoes has not been easy, you set the bar so high, but you were always there when we needed you. God bless you Martin.
