Anna worked at Thrings when I first started the firm, over 20 years ago now. Between Anna and Arlene (what a team!) she made me feel welcome and always, always wore a smile. That is what I will remember the most: her warm and comforting personality. She was always busy making sure everyone was looked after. Thank you Anna.
