Annette was a key member of the Widows Group (WAFS). We met up weekly for meals out and helped each other through the tough times. She joined us on a mini cruise, and some of the ladies for a week in Cornwall. We will all miss her very much.
Thank you for the support Annette, the advice, and the many laughs over the years. Rest in peace xx
Annette I miss you. I miss your company, your friendship, the late night chats, the laughs, the fish suppers and your wise advice.
You were always there for me, we had some fun holidays and both enjoyed being part of the WAFS and benefitted from the friendship of the group.
You were always kind, hopeful and optimistic and so stoic coping with the frustrations and restrictions of the last two years.
Take some rest now bestie, sleep tight xx
To ‘dear’ Annette,
A lovely lady, inside and out. Very kind, considerate and caring.
I have so missed your presence on our group ‘social evenings’, but you will be with us again now. There will always be a ‘place’ for you Annette. Forever one of us!
I am so pleased to have known you, it has been a privilege.
Bless you.
Rest in Peace always.
Will miss my Mars lady Annette. We had some wonderful times all together and memories made. RIP my friend.
Will miss you Annette. We have been friends for almost 30 years both working together for Princess House and Mars/Cpm. We always shared rooms, travelled together to sales rally’s and conferences, we became firm friends for life.
Know how you always enjoyed our Mars girls lunches, weekends away etc. which sadly were curtailed in 2023.
We as a family always enjoyed your visits to Wales with Phillip and Penni and all our days/lunches out with Auntie Beryl.
I commented on my visit to you in January how I admired how you had dealt with your situation and never complained about the hand life had dealt you. We had a lovely day just you and I chatting for 5 hours!
I’m writing this as if I’m talking to you.
Still can’t believe I won’t receive any more texts or messages from you. You are now reunited with your beloved Phillip.. Goodnight God Bless my dear friend. You will be so missed.
Sleep peacefully Annette. Jan, Brian, Gregg, Miles and Itzel. ❤️❤️❤️ xxxxx
Always enjoyed working with you Annette and being one of your Mars sisters……as we are are such a close family of friends. I will sadly miss you at our future get togethers, however we will all be able to reminisce of our happy memories. I was amazed at how brave you were following your stroke and how you got on with life as best you could without complaint. R I P Annette with Philip.
Dear Annette, privileged to have known you since the start of WAFS, your wicked sense of humour and feisty presence enhanced our evenings out, miss you so very much, forever with us lovely lady.
Annette, always a true friend and a great listener, you will be sorely missed.
When those we love have to leave us, they are forever held close in our heart, today and every day.
May the sun always shine on your eternal rest.
I never knew you as long as our other WAFS but for the time I did you always made me feel welcome. Your kindest was beautiful and I will remember you fondly. RIP Annette xx
Dear Annette, you will be greatly missed but you will always be part of us ,I’m so grateful you introduced me to the Waffs ,sending lots of love till we meet again XX🌻🌼💐
I didn’t know you for very long before you became ill. We met at one of the WAFS coffee mornings and then at the Christmas meal and then you had the stroke. I admired you very much, you always welcomed us into your home and you were always full of hope. We used to have fun and you were always very kind to me.
We will all miss you Annette but now you are at peace. May God bless you.
