I will miss you my dear friend
You were always there for me and always had time for a cuppa
You were devoted to my boys and for that I will be forever greatfull
You took me and the boys on so many adventures and we loved every minute
I will always remember you and I will never forget Fish on Fridays xxx
Clare was a good friend to me ever since we met at the Grammar School. She was a big-hearted lady with a madcap sense of humour at times, I will miss our oddball conversations.
RIP dear friend xx
Rest in peace Clare!Years of indifferent health must have been extremely wearisome.I always admired your patience with the youngsters in thecubs and
beavers. and you will.be much missed

Thank you for your years of dedication to the Cub Scouts at St Saviours…you will be very much missed lovely lady.
Clare you and Lizzie were the first people I met after moving to Swindon after Lizzie befriended my daughter Martha at school. You introduced Martha to Cub Scouts and you and I began training as uniformed leaders together after an appeal for new leaders at 6th Swindon, St. Saviour’s. Subsequently Peter and I married at St. Saviour’s Church and Martha was Christened and confirmed there. Your friendship helped shape our new life in Swindon and I will always be grateful and glad to have known you. Rest in peace now Clare. With love, Diana, Peter, Martha, Miriam, Jada, Isaiah and Moses.
Rest in peace Clare xx
You are gonna be so missed , you were such a good friend to me and always listened if I needed a friend . I’ll never forget our greenbelt adventures , and helping out with cubs together . I’m so glad james got to be one of your cubs even for a short while , will miss your hugs and just having a friend there to listen to me .
Thank you Clare for your dedicated service to the cubs, your calm, patient nature truly inspiring. Both my children were saddened to hear of your passing. Without a doubt you have inspired them and many others, and enriched their lives with your knowledge and kindness. So it was my honour during lockdown to be able to pay back your kindness, I will always think of you when I buy a tiger loaf! Rest in peace. With love Nicola, Oliver and Lauren xxx
