It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Graham Cooper on the 13th December at the age of 92. He will be lovingly remembered by his family and all those who knew him. A simple unattended funeral will be held on Wednesday 22nd December followed by a celebration of his life in the Springtime. The family wishes to send a special thank you to M, the staff at First City, Prospect Hospice and to the NHS District Nurses who all contributed to make his life more comfortable and assisted him in spending his final days at home.
